As legal practitioners we are bound by our code of legal ethics and therefore maintain a high level of confidentiality with our clients and the work we do for them. Over the years however some of our work have been of note and have served as guiding precedents for commercial transactions as well as the development of our law and jurisprudence. The latter category often finds its way into many of our
leading law reports.
