We advice and represent various corporate organisations in matters relating to disputes arising from their business activities. We also institute and defend all types of actions at all levels of courts and tribunals in Nigeria.
We advise clients and respond on their behalf to investigations by regulators such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Nigerian Stock Exchange as well as those of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. We have extensive practice in the National Industrial Court and in the various High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
